Formed in 1995 by our president, Paul R. Clay, Emergency Management Advisors is a Canadian company based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Servicing clients across Canada, in 14 countries and in several languages, our Emergency Management Professionals have the technical, operational and geographical experience to provide exceptional quality that is specific to the needs of each client and / or sector.
